Your MPAN and postcode

Your Meter Point Administration Number (MPAN) will be on your electricity bill, where it’s sometimes called your ‘supply number’. It has 12 or 13 digits and looks like this image. We only need the numbers on the bottom row.

If you don’t get bills, you can find out your MPAN by calling your supplier or checking your online account.

We'll share your MPRN and postcode with the Data Communications Company (DCC) to check the status of your smart meter. We won't use this data for any other purpose. You can find out more about how we’ll process the data in the DCC’s privacy policy.
